Summer remains for several more months in this end of the world, so here’s some summer Yakuza style in Pale Flower (1964). Ryo Ikbe carries himself like a hardboiled Japanese Mastroianni. The film’s cinematography is amazing so it’s nearly impossible to take a bad screen capture.
